Welcome to our TAKE BACK YOUR MORNING! How you spend the first hour of your day has a major impact on the rest of it - and, therefore, your entire life. We’ll be spending 5 days together creating a morning routine that establishes and improves our physical, emotional, and mental health. 

It doesn’t have to take a lot of time ya’ll! I’m going to challenge you to spend an hour taking back your morning, but you can just as easily do the same routine in 6 minutes! However much time you have, this routine will get you into the right frame of mind for a great day!

Now, before we learn about the routine that will challenge you to make your mornings magic (based on The Miracle Morning, by Hal Elrod), I want to introduce myself. After all, we’re in this waking up early thing together! 

I’m Kelsey and I am probably the LEAST likely candidate for the title of “morning person”. To be completely honest, since I became a full time entrepreneur in January of 2016, I found myself allowing my day to start whenever the heck I felt like it. After all, I had no one to report to right? I work from home now on my own schedule. Well, that mindset turned into me looking at my phone first thing in the morning, procrastinating, getting overwhelmed, flustered… truly I can go on and on. So I purchased the book: The Miracle Morning by Hal Elrod and dove in. After all, every successful person that I ever talked to told me that I need to get SOME sort of routine down or my day is a free for all. 


That’s where I got this content that I am going to share with you! So let's dive in!
